Man has been taken into custody after being involved in a hit-and-run
Big Spring, Texas — Officials in Big Spring, Texas have recently announced that they have arrested a man who was involved in a hit-and-run accident in October that left a women dead.
With the assistance of the Texas Department of Public Safety Texas Rangers Division, police arrested Glen Earl Wilson, 58, around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday in Corpus Christi. Wilson has been charged with a second-degree felony accident causing death.
According to the report, Wilson was said to be driving a 2011 Kenworth tractor-trailer on October 18, 2020. At around 6:00 am, Wilson struck bicyclist Cynthia Martinez, 30, in the 200 block of North East 12th Street. Wilson then fled the scene.
The investigation in ongoing.
