I had a great experience working with Faddoul, Cluff, Hardy, and especially Kelly! She helped take a huge weight off my shoulders while making the entire process feel as seamless as possible on my end.

Being involved in an accident is no joke, especially when it leaves you with multiple injuries and no car. Because of that, I wanted to make sure I chose the right fit—not only for me, but also for my grandfather, who was with me at the time of our accident. I spent about two weeks searching for an attorney who felt right, and as soon as I called Faddoul, Cluff, Hardy, I could tell they genuinely wanted to help. That was very different from some of the other places I had called and/or visited.

Kelly was absolutely amazing! After meeting with her and realizing she was the right fit for us, she got straight to work. She made sure she had all the right information and details, and if she ever had questions about the accident itself, my doctor’s appointments, clinics, hospitals, locations, or anything else, she simply reached out. She was incredibly responsive and always made sure I understood what she was doing and what was happening throughout the process.

One thing I really appreciated was that we didn’t even live in the same city as the firm. We were about three hours away, but the distance never made a difference. Almost everything was handled over the phone, and throughout the entire year-long process, I only had to go to the office twice. It was never an inconvenience, and I always felt like we were receiving the same level of attention and care despite living several hours away. I think that’s especially important for anyone who may be considering them but doesn’t live nearby—the distance truly doesn’t have to be a barrier.

When we got closer to receiving our settlement, Kelly also made sure she exhausted every opportunity to maximize our settlement. I truly felt like she was looking out for our best interests the entire time.

Kelly is an honest, hardworking, and genuinely caring person, and I’m so grateful I found her.
