Born in Santa Fe, NM, and raised in Albuquerque, Madalyn Witz, also known as Maddy, brings a unique background to her legal career. She attended La Cueva High School and pursued a double major in history and political science at the University of New Mexico, graduating summa cum laude with honors.

Before entering law school at the University of New Mexico, Maddy spent a decade as a technician in the entertainment industry, working on lights and audio for concerts, stage productions, movies, TV shows, and live events in the United States and Europe.

During her time in law school, Maddy was involved in the Innocence and Justice Project, dedicated to overturning wrongful convictions and securing freedom for the wrongfully convicted. She graduated from law school and immediately focused her career on personal injury law, taking on her first jury trial within a month of being licensed as an attorney. She is also a proud member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.

Beyond her legal pursuits, Maddy is a self-proclaimed nerd with a passion for geeky interests. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, reading, playing video games, and spending time with her two dogs. Maddy embraces her work with a servant’s heart and feels privileged that her clients trust her to assist them in their times of need.
