Megan B. McCormack is an associate attorney at Fadduol, Cluff, Hardy & Conaway, P.C. in Albuquerque. Megan graduated with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2022. During law school, she gained experience in immigration and environmental law and joined the firm as a law clerk in 2021, transitioning to an associate attorney upon graduation.
She has played a key role in several high-stakes cases resulting in multimillion-dollar recoveries for the firm’s clients. Known for her thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and strong courtroom presence, Megan handles all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial advocacy.
She also holds a master’s degree in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from Universidad de Alcalá in Madrid, Spain, where she lived for eight years. Fluent in Spanish, she is proud to serve Spanish-speaking clients and ensure they feel informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching foreign films, and listening to true crime podcasts.
