It’s very important to preserve evidence, especially in a car accident, because so often car wrecks are cases of “he said, she said”. Our potential client says they had the green light. The other driver is saying that they also had the green light. How do we prove who had the green light? We gather evidence, talk to witnesses, take photographs, make sure that a police officer comes out to the scene and documents the scene, and we take photographs of signs and traffic signals.
