One of the questions we often get from potential clients here at Fadduol, Hardy, Cluff & Conaway is what options they have after an insurance company has denied their claim. After a car wreck, unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of great options. The first thing you want to consider if you are told by the insurance company that they’re denying your claim is to contact a lawyer. Our experience teaches us that often just contacting a competent lawyer who knows what they’re doing in car accident cases will help the insurance company act more reasonably. If you already have a lawyer, and your claim gets denied, you will need to file a lawsuit. I can’t tell you how many times here at Fadduol, Hardy, Cluff & Conaway, we’ve had insurance companies deny claims.
