Head-On Collision Strikes Family Traveling to Funeral Service, Two Dead

Pesco, TX (October 31, 2021) The accident occurred on Sunday, October 31st near Pesco, TX. A family of 4 was traveling to Mexico when near Resco, TX their car collided head-on with a truck. 

Unfortunately, two of the car passengers and the truck driver were pronounced deceased.  The other two passengers were transported to local area hospitals for medical evaluation.

According to Reeves County Sheriff’s Department, Highway 17 in the area of the Cotton Gin was closed after a fatal accident for several hours that day.
